Our philosophy involves an integrated and developmental approach to Clinical Supervision. The work a supervisor and supervisee does together is, in large part, an exploration and development of the supervisee's own individual therapeutic style. This approach broadens the supervisee's skills and independence as a practitioner. We believe the highest value to clients is the development of the supervisee as a professional, understanding his or her own style of therapy while providing feedback and training to help them build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
We strive to keep our rates competitive and affordable. Supervision fee will be specifically stated in your individual clinical supervision contract. Based on the fact that the supervisor-supervisee relationship is one that is ongoing and not confined to a single session, supervision fees are charged on a monthly basis.
